USC Upstate Hosts Free Women’s Flag Football Showcase with Carolina Panthers & USA Football

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Stash a mini-kit with duct tape, safety pins and zip ties in your sideline bag—be the gadget guru who jerry-rigs snapped flags or rogue helmet straps in seconds, snag extra high-fives, and turn potential meltdowns into easy wins before kickoff.

Postgame Parents: Next time you’re in an elevator, have your athlete pop out ten calf raises (or mini jumps) before the doors open—it’s a sly, no-gear way to build power for those sprints, and the puzzled glances from strangers are bonus laughs.

Players Snap: In the huddle, assign one teammate to fire off three one-word cues—“snap,” “hips,” “gap”—so when your brain goes static the squad still speaks the same language instead of staring at you blankly.
