Kansas Sanctions Girls High School Flag Football After Chiefs Let Her Play Campaign

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: On third-and-short, teach your QB to fake a sweep block and fire a quick flare screen to the slot back drifting wide—watch the defense crash into thin air while your guy saunters through open grass (and you save a few gray hairs on every conversion).

Postgame Parents: I know after a long day you all just want to chill, but roll up two towels and have your kid whip them like battle ropes for 30 seconds during TV commercials—it’s a dead-easy shoulder and core blast that sneaks in strength. Bonus: you’ll both crack up at their WWE-worthy moves and actually feel pumped by the time the show resumes.

Players Snap: Stand on one leg while you brush your teeth for 30 seconds each side—your balance won’t sip coffee on game day, so defenders will wobble while you slice past them.
