Historically Black Colleges Driving Growth of Women’s Flag Football Varsity Programs

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Have your players rest a broomstick along their spine—head, midback and tailbone touching—and crank out 10 air squats before practice. It’s a dead-simple way to fire up the glutes, nail posture, and catch any hinge mishaps without a fancy gym.

Postgame Parents: Before dinner, challenge your kid to crab-walk under the table for 30 seconds—this sneaky core-and-arm-strength boost fires up muscles for any sport, and you’ll both crack up as they zigzag under the veggies!

Players Snap: Roll a tennis ball under your foot for 30 seconds every day—happy arches mean razor-sharp cuts, not shuffling like a zombie in cleats.
