✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Make trash day a sprint drill—challenge your athletes to bolt to the curb and back every time you wheel out the bin, sneaking in acceleration and endurance work between chores (and enjoying a few neighborly raised-eyebrow laughs).

Postgame Parents: Next time they’re pouring cereal, have them stand on one foot until the bowl’s full, then swap legs—this sneaky balance drill turns breakfast into a confidence boost (and makes morning wobble-wars your favorite new show!).

Players Snap: Grab a partner and loop a resistance band around your waist; have them hold you back for a 10-yard drag, then bust free and sprint flat-out—builds the explosive first step defenders dread.
