Utah Girls High School Flag Football Inaugural Season Sparks Statewide Growth

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Before each series, have the team close their eyes and run their dream play back in cinematic slow-mo, then cut loose with a synchronized “Lights, camera, action!” to blow away jitters and light up their confidence.

Postgame Parents: Next time you’re stuck in the grocery line, have your kiddo do a 30-second tip-toe shuffle front to back—turning boring waits into sneaky agility drills (and scoring some curious stares is half the fun!).

Players Snap: End practice with a five-second victory-dance circle—each player busts a move, hyping the squad and reminding everyone that we win (and learn) together.
