Kansas City Chiefs Announce German Federal Police Youth Flag Football Camp Partnership in Munich

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: On game day, ditch the free-for-all and run three two-minute warm-up stations—dynamic stretches, short sprints, and flag pulls—rotating like a pit crew so bodies wake up, spirits lift, and you actually hit the field on time.

Postgame Parents: Wrap a pool noodle around your waist like a “flag belt” and challenge your kid to sneak up and rip it off in one swift move—this playful “flag flick” drill turns their pulls lightning-fast on the field, and you’ll both be doubled over laughing in no time.

Players Snap: Swap a TV show for a two-minute plank—because a rock-solid core keeps you upright through every rush and off your belly in the grass.
