Women’s Flag Football Growth Update: Western Wisconsin League, College Clubs & Super 25 Rankings

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: As a warm-up, run three rounds of 20-yard gassers with 20-second rests—building explosive speed and lung power early means fewer “Coach, my legs are spaghetti!” complaints once that whistle blows.

Postgame Parents: While dinner’s popping in the microwave, have your kid weave in and out of chairs like a mini obstacle course—those sneaky foot-speed reps turn the kitchen into a sprint track and guarantee a few giggles before the popcorn’s ready.

Players Snap: If you skip single-leg Romanian deadlifts because they’re “boring,” don’t blame your wobbly ankles when you get juked—embrace the grind and watch your balance bulldoze through defenders instead.
