✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Before kickoff, huddle your crew for a 60-second “gear & signal check”—each player taps their helmet, shouts “flags tight!” and calls out one play signal so you squash confusion before it hits the field (and snag a few pre-game laughs while you’re at it).

Postgame Parents: Kick off game day with a “command‐center” station on your kitchen counter—helmet, water bottle, snacks and cleats all lined up. Have your kiddo fist-pump each item as they check it off to lock in readiness and confidence before you even pull out of the driveway!

Players Snap: Throw in 3×30-yard flying sprints: jog the first 10 yards, then smash the gas for the last 20—your legs will hate you now, but defenders will eat dust later.
