New York Jets Grant and PIAA Leadership Drive Women’s Collegiate Flag Football Expansion
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: Before the car pulls out, have your athlete do their best touchdown celebration in full gear—helmet on, flags snapped, water in hand—so you instantly spot any missing item and they roll out in game-mode with a grin.
Postgame Parents: Next time you’re waiting for the elevator (or the garage door to open), have your kiddo pop in three squat jumps—turning idle waits into explosive-leg power drills that pay off on any field.
Players Snap: When fear of messing up sneaks in, ask yourself “Worst that can happen?” Spoiler: you pick up the next flag—so why aren’t you full-throttle right now?
