Metro Atlanta $6.3M Youth Sports Grant Boosts Girls Flag Football in Six Districts
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: Slip wobble discs under a few agility cones and have players shuffle through them; not only does it blast core and ankle strength, but you’ll get bonus laughs watching them wobble like bobbleheads.
Postgame Parents: I know homework can feel like a marathon, so sneak in a 30-second glute-bridge contest on the living-room floor afterward. Those sneaky hip burners fire up sprint power, boost overall performance, and might even have you both giggling at the wobbly bridges.
Players Snap: Slide a tiny laminated play sheet into your belt loop—rain, mud or halftime panic won’t wipe out your go-to routes when the heat is on.
