✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Assign a “team DJ” each week to spin the warm-up tunes—sharing that little bit of power amps up ownership, sparks inside jokes, and turns practice into a party they’ll actually show up for.

Postgame Parents: Before away games, have your kid stick a quick “you’ve got this!” note on a teammate’s water bottle—small surprises like that spark big smiles, build a culture of care, and give everyone a giggle before the whistle blows.

Players Snap: Hold a towel under your arm and have a partner try to snatch it—feels silly, but nothing sharpens your flag-yank reflexes like that annoying rip.
