Chicago Bears Regional Flag Football Tournament in Rockford Illinois
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: When you catch them overthinking, have everyone freeze, blink twice, and shout “Brain Reset!”—it’s ridiculous enough to snap them out of a spiral and get locked in for the next play.
Postgame Parents: When you’re slogging through traffic, call out “fake left!” or “fake right!” and have your flag footballer dodge accordingly. These mini misdirection drills turn them into Houdini-level pros, slipping past defenders while you both survive the commute.
Players Snap: Start your warm-up with 30 seconds of explosive tuck jumps to fire up your fast-twitch muscles—if you’re not popping off the ground like popcorn, you’re walking, not winning.
