✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Turn your game-day gear-up into a “defuse the bomb” drill: have players name and pack each item under a 60-second timer. They’ll earn a playful “gear ninja” badge and you’ll swap last-minute panic for high-fives before kickoff.

Postgame Parents: Slip a small towel under their shoes on a smooth floor and challenge them to do 30 seconds of side-to-side slides—this sneaky drill fires up hip strength, foot speed, and guarantees a few giggles when they almost slide into the wall!

Players Snap: Don’t ignore reaction training—have a teammate drop a tennis ball at random and snag it as soon as it bounces, because on game day quick hands beat fancy footwork every time.
