Chargers Social Club: Boosting Women’s Flag Football Growth and Community in Southern California

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Coach your ball-carrier to squat low and swing their off-arm like a windshield wiper across their flags—watch defenders grab nothing but air while your kiddo sprints past with a ninja-style whoosh (and maybe a giggle).

Postgame Parents: Tuck a tiny “game-day emergency kit” into their bag—just bandaids, a stain-erase stick, and a small snack—so when scrapes or grass stains strike, you’re the sideline hero who keeps the day rolling smoothly.

Players Snap: Weigh yourself before and after practice and drink back at least 80% of what you lose—if you roll out dehydrated, you’ll be sprinting with a parachute strapped to your back.
