Buffalo Bills 2026 High School Girls Flag Football Kickoff: 70 Teams & Olympic Momentum

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Swap a boring lap for “Simon Says Sprints”—call out random bursts of shuffles, high-knees or backward jogs so players get a speed-agility blast and plenty of laughs instead of zoning out on conditioning.

Postgame Parents: Have your young athlete send a quick, goofy “You crushed it today!” voice note to a different teammate each night—those surprise shout-outs spark big smiles, deepen trust, and keep the squad’s spirit sizzling even off the field.

Players Snap: Charge your watch and set a loud 15-minute alert for pre-kickoff—sleepyheads miss warm-ups. We don’t have time for excuses, so be locked in when the whistle blows.
