Americas Flag Football Championship 2026 McAllen Texas: Global Youth & Adult 5v5, 7v7 Tournament
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: Turn every stray water bottle or cone pick-up into a hip-hinge deadlift session—your players sneak in priceless posterior-chain strength, you save your own back, and you’ll both get a laugh watching their first “power-clean” attempt.
Postgame Parents: Turn game-day prep into a goofy “gear parade”: have your kid march through the house announcing each item—“cleats, locked!” “mouthguard, ready!” “water, filled!”—and award a family honk or silly cheer at each stop. That playful ritual banishes last-minute panics and sends them off pumped, organized, and confident.
Players Snap: Grab a pair of dumbbells (or water jugs) and torch your grip with Farmer’s walks during commercial breaks—strong hands and a rock-solid core are your secret cheat codes for every sport.
