Abington PA Youth NFL Flag Football Spring Leagues Registration Now Open
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: Next time you finish up sprints, toss an empty water bottle on the ground and challenge each player to tap it with their toe on the jog-back—this sneaky drill lights up ankle strength, balance, and coordination for any sport (and guarantees a few laughs when someone hilariously misses).
Postgame Parents: Next time you’re packing lunches, have your kid slip a tiny doodle or inside-joke note into a teammate’s bag each day—those surprise laughs keep the squad tight, remind everyone they’ve got each other’s backs, and build a team vibe that lasts long after the final whistle.
Players Snap: Pack a tiny sewing kit and safety pins in your bag—jersey rips or tape failures won’t bench you when you can patch and play on the fly.
