Eastern Michigan Launches First MAC Varsity Women’s Flag Football Program Ahead of NCAA Sanctioning

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Teach players to fold their mistakes into an imaginary paper plane and fling it over their shoulder—once it sails away, they’ve officially hit reset and can sprint into the next play with a grin.

Postgame Parents: Tell them to watch the QB’s eyes, not the ball—reading where the play’s headed gives them a split-second edge to rip flags so clean you’ll think they’re part detective, part ninja.

Players Snap: Fire up your legs with three sets of broad jumps at home—if your carpet can handle it, defenders sure won’t.
