Inaugural College Women’s Flag Football Tournament Signals NCAA Emerging Sport Push

✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips

Coach’s Clipboard: Once a week, run a two-minute “mess-up open mic” where players share their funniest blunder and then swap quick fixes; turning mistakes into laughs and lessons tightens your squad’s bond faster than a perfect play.

Postgame Parents: I know bedtime feels like herding cats, so leave a full water bottle on their nightstand and have them take three big gulps before lights out. Those stealth hydration sips turbocharge overnight recovery so they wake up feeling less like a zombie and more like a champ.

Players Snap: Add three sets of depth jumps (step off–explode up) to your routine—pop like a jack-in-the-box and watch defenders struggle to keep up.
