NFL and TMRW Sports Launch Coed Professional Men’s and Women’s Flag Football League
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: Rotate a “player‐coach” tag once a week—two teammates design and lead a quick mini-drill, then debrief together. That ownership boosts teamwork, trust, and usually delivers at least one hilarious blooper to bond over.
Postgame Parents: Have them use a “safety stance” on D—slide that back knee up to meet the front so their shoulders stay square to the QB, then pounce on the handoff flag like a sneaky cat—bonus: no more dizzy chases!
Players Snap: Sneak in 20 seconds of mountain climbers between drills. Your core and cardio will thank you when you’re exploding at crunch time instead of begging for mercy.
