2026 Ontario Flag Football Championships: Intercollegiate, High School Girls & Club Nationals
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: At the end of practice, place a single “hype cone” in the middle—whoever hustled the hardest that day grabs it and leads a goofy squad cheer; nothing cements team bonds faster (or gives you better sideline entertainment) than a surprise dance-off.
Postgame Parents: I know snack time can feel like a battlefield, so carve out 15 minutes on Sunday to batch-prep carrot, pepper and celery “fuel sticks” with little hummus cups—your kiddo will grab better fuel, dodge sugar crashes, and you’ll secretly be the snack-time MVP!
Players Snap: Stash a mini shot of pickle juice in your gear bag—cramps hit without warning, and that salty jolt will have your legs begging for mercy, not mercy on the sideline.
