NFL to Host Regular Season Games in Munich Germany 2026 and 2028
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: Teach your backs a head-nod fake on sweeps—nod left, plant, cut right—and watch defenders slip as if they just found a banana peel in their cleats.
Postgame Parents: While the laundry tumbles, sneak in a leg-power boost by having your athlete do ten split squats per side with their back foot propped on the dryer (or a chair)—secret cross-training that fires up sprint speed and jump height, and might even have you both giggling at the post-squat wobble!
Players Snap: Swap one TV ad break for 15 glute bridges—wake up those lazy buns or you’ll be waddling through cuts while your rival flies past.
