New York Jets Expand Girls Flag Football League in Ireland for 2026 Season
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: Turn post-practice recovery into a quick foam-roll relay: pairs spend five minutes rolling quads, hamstrings, and calves, then seal it with goofy high-fives and two big “ahhhh” breaths to flush out soreness. It’s serious self-care with a side of sideline silliness so they’ll actually stick with it.
Postgame Parents: When your kid grabs the TV remote, have them pause and crank out five squat-to-press reps holding a water bottle before they hit play—turns couch time into sneaky leg and shoulder strength work without skipping a beat!
Players Snap: Prep two full kits—jersey, socks, cleats and flags—and stash one in your car; don’t be the guy scrambling in a mud-drenched suit because you skipped the backup.
