Madrid Bravos and Miami Dolphins partner to expand Spanish youth flag football programs
✨ Coach, Parents & Player Tips
Coach’s Clipboard: When a player’s head starts rewatching a bad play, teach them to stamp their foot like dropping a judge’s gavel and yell “Case closed!”—that goofy reset slams the mental door on mistakes and fires them into the next snap with fresh confidence.
Postgame Parents: I know those car rides can feel endless, so at every red light have your kiddo pump their heels up and down under the seat for 15 reps—those sneaky calf raises build ankle strength for explosive push-offs, and you’ll both get a kick out of the curious glances from the drivers behind you!
Players Snap: Line up a shoe-width off the line—if they jam you, spin inside with some swagger; if they bail, rock into your fade and let ’em chase shadows.
